"Our goal as a department is to help our clients get approved as quickly as possible and to be there for them in their time of need."

The attorneys at Morgan & Morgan understand the impact a denied Social Security disability claim can have on an individual and their family, especially when these benefits are the applicant’s main source of income. More often than not, applications for Social Security disability are initially denied; however, an initial denial does not necessarily mean that the applicant is not entitled to benefits.

If you have applied for long-term disability (LTD) assistance and have had your claim denied or had your benefits end prematurely, contact us today. We may also be able to assist if you have not yet applied for benefits or have already been denied.

Hi, I'm Michelle Carter and I've worked for Morgan & Morgan in the Social Security Department since 2015. To be honest when I initially started as an intake agent I knew very little about the process of applying for Social Security disability benefits. I then soon realized, a lot of people do, including our clients. Now, I work as a legal assistant. I like to help our clients by making sure they know what to expect and have a full understanding of what's going on with their claim. Our goal as a department is to help our clients get approved as quickly as possible and to be there for them in their time of need. The most rewarding aspect of what I do here is when I receive the notice of award, or a call from a client thanking me for getting their disability benefits approved. Hearing the happiness in their voice is definitely is a confirmation we're doing something right here.
