Fiji Natural Artesian Water
The FDA announced a recall of over 70,000 cases of Fiji Natural Artesian Water bottles over concerns that they were contaminated with manganese. The bottles in question were sold through Amazon.com.
2022 Kia Niro EV
Kia is recalling 2,209 of its 2022 Niro EV vehicles because the high-voltage battery safety plug may overheat and melt. This can cause a loss of drive power or fire. If a driver loses drive power, it increases the risk of a crash, and a fire increases the risk of an injury.
2023–2024 Lamborghini Urus Performante and Urus S
Lamborghini is recalling 2,133 of its 2023–2024 Urus Performante and Urus S vehicles, as the hood latch striker may separate and fail. This can cause an unlatched hood to open or detach while driving. If a vehicle's hood detaches, it can obstruct the driver's view or become a road hazard leading to an increased risk of a crash.
2024 Mazda CX-90
Mazda is recalling 9,914 of its 2024 CX-90 vehicles, as the brake may be activated unexpectedly because the automatic braking system will falsely detect objects while driving. When a brake is not activated by the driver it can increase the risk of a crash.
Crecelac and Farmalac Infant Formulas
Dairy Manufacturers Inc. is recalling all lot codes for infant formulas available in the US—Crecelac Infant 0-12, Farmalac 0-12, and Farmalac 0-12 Low lactose—because the products were sold in the U.S. without complying with the FDA’s infant formula regulations.
Lincoln Aviator
Ford Motor Company is recalling over 100,000 of certain Lincoln Aviator vehicles due to an issue with the rearview camera. The accessory protocol image module (APIM) can be affected by electromagnetic interference with a cellphone in the vehicle, which can cause the rear view camera image to flicker or become distorted and can increase the risk of crash.
Black & Decker CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Tillers and Cultivators
Black & Decker is recalling its CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Tillers and Cultivators due to a laceration hazard. The assembly instructions can cause consumers to incorrectly attach the bottom portion of the tiller/cultivator upside down, causing the tines to rotate toward the user.
