ZLINE Wall Ovens
ZLINE is recalling its built-in electric wall ovens due to an impact injury hazard. The oven door hinge can dislodge, releasing the spring, which can damage or break through the door trim.
Route 92 Medical Devices
Route 92 Medical is recalling nearly 1,000 medical devices used to treat stroke patients due to significant safety concerns. The recall includes specific lots of the Route 92 Medical 070 Access System, Tenzing 7 Delivery Catheter, Route 92 Medical 070 Reperfusion System, Route 92 Medical Full Length 070 Reperfusion System, and Route 92 Medical Full Length 070 Access System. The distal tip of these delivery catheters can separate at the proximal marker band, which can cause delays in surgery, harm to blood vessels, having the broken catheter tip left in the body, and blocking or stopping of blood flow in a blood vessel.
BMW Braking Systems
BMW has initiated a global recall affecting 371,756 vehicles due to a fault in their integrated braking system. This recall spans an array of BMW’s model series, including everything from the compact class 2 Series Active Tourer and X1, through their SUV lines such as the X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7, to the 5 and 7 Series sedans, as well as their M models and electric vehicles like the iX1, i5, and i7. The issue with the integrated braking system, which uses an electric actuator to maintain consistent brake pressure, can result in the need for increased pedal force during braking.
Philips Trilogy Ventilators
The Philips Respironics, Inc. Trilogy EVO, Trilogy EV300, Trilogy Evo O2, and Trilogy Evo Universal have been assigned a Class I recall—the most serious type of recall that the FDA has—due to the latest software version of the devices causing the device to show a "battery depleted" or "loss of power" alarm despite still having power, which may then cause the ventilator to stop ventilating altogether during the alarms if it is operating only on battery power.
Honda Ridgeline Trucks
Honda is recalling 187,290 of certain 2020-2024 Ridgeline pickup trucks because the rearview camera (RVC) tailgate wire harness may fatigue and break, which can prevent the rearview camera image from displaying and increase the risk of crash.
Ford Mavericks, Escapes, and Lincoln Corsairs
Ford is recalling certain Mavericks, Escapes, and Lincoln Corsairs Hybrids because they might shift into neutral on their own. The new diagnostic software update is detecting a noise in the Park Motor Position Sensor that triggers a diagnostic trouble code that results in the vehicle shifting into neutral.
