William Hackett is a partner at the Morgan & Morgan office located in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Hackett joined Morgan & Morgan straight out of law school and has been litigating catastrophic injury cases with the firm for over 10 years.  Mr. Hackett has extensive experience taking cases to trial in the mid-south both in State and Federal Courts.  Mr. Hackett and his team at Morgan & Morgan focus on personal injury cases involving individuals and families that are injured or killed as a result of 18-Wheeler collisions.  Mr. Hackett and his team have obtained several substantial jury verdicts and settlements against trucking companies, including results in excess of $1 million.

Mr. Hackett's family has deep roots in the Memphis community. His father is Dick Hackett, the former Mayor of Memphis, and his Uncle, William B. Hackett, is a retired Shelby County Judge. The Hackett family's dedication to the people of Memphis and the Mid-South continues with William. He is dedicated to pursuing justice for those who need it most.
