Paul Sieg

Attorney

Paul Sieg is an accomplished attorney with a diverse transactional law and litigation background, and he brings that wealth of experience to his role as a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul represented clients in the areas of entertainment law, consumer protection, criminal defense, and personal injury.  Paul is a skilled negotiator and a relentless advocate for his clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Paul’s decision to focus his practice exclusively on personal injury law is the result of his own experience of being injured in motor vehicle accidents, and he says:

“Over the years I’ve been in a lot of motor vehicle accidents, both before and after becoming an attorney. I’ve had broken bones, hip surgery, shoulder surgery (twice), spinal injections, and even suffered a traumatic brain injury. You name it, I’ve been there and done that. I’ve also experienced things from the client side, as I interacted with the attorneys who represented me.  Some of those attorneys were great, and some were not.  While I wouldn’t wish those experiences on anyone, I eventually came to realize that they gave me a unique insight into all aspects of a personal injury case. I truly understand what its like for my clients who have been injured because of another driver’s negligence, and I am able to empathize with them and guide them through a difficult and unpleasant experience.  My experience has also made me a better advocate for my clients, as I am able to fully understand and clearly articulate to adjusters, opposing counsel, etc., exactly what may clients are experiencing and going through.  It would be a waste to not use my experience to help others.”

Paul was named by Super Lawyers™ as a Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017, and was selected by his peers for inclusion on the “Legal Elite” list, in Georgia Trend Magazine, 2017.

When he’s not working, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children and traveling.
