Hanna B. Milam

Biography Overview

Hanna was born and raised in the small town of Gadsden, Alabama. She earned her BS in Criminal Justice from UAB in 2019. She then earned her JD from Birmingham School of Law in December 2022. Hanna began her career as an attorney for Morgan & Morgan in June 2023.

Hanna has a long history in personal injury law. While obtaining her bachelor's degree, Hanna was employed as a legal assistant for an injury law firm in Birmingham, Alabama. This position opened her eyes to the truly detrimental effects an injury can have on an individual. She knew then that she had found her calling within the legal field; she would dedicate her career to representing individuals against large and powerful insurance companies that fail to recognize even the most basic human aspects of those that have been injured through no fault of their own.

Hanna began her career with Morgan & Morgan as a case manager while attending law school. In this role, Hanna learned invaluable skills in the art of negotiation and actively assisted in settling hundreds of cases in a pre-litigation setting.

Hanna is fully prepared to fight and advocate for her clients, whether in a pre-litigation setting or inside a courtroom.
