Mr. Rushing is a trial lawyer at Morgan & Morgan devoted to helping people who have been seriously injured and families who have lost a loved one due to the negligence of another.  He currently focuses his practice on premises liability and negligent security claims.  Mr. Rushing has successfully litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts.  He provides aggressive representation while maintaining compassion for his clients. 
 
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rushing spent a significant portion of his career defending healthcare providers and corporations in complex litigation. He now utilizes the invaluable experience gained on the defense side to passionately serve individuals in need.    
 
Mr. Rushing obtained his law degree from Mercer University School of Law.  While in law school, he was a member of the Black Law Students Association and a member of the Mercer Law Review.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Georgia.
 
Mr. Rushing was born, and raised, in Athens, Georgia.  Aside from the practice of law, he enjoys Georgia football, traveling, and spending time with his family.
