Daniel G. Weldon II

Biography Overview

Daniel Weldon discovered his passion for helping victims when he was struck by a truck while walking home during law school. The accident caused him internal bleeding, a punctured spleen, and broken bones, necessitating several days of hospital treatment. Mr. Weldon chose Morgan & Morgan to represent him. As a Morgan & Morgan client, he experienced firsthand how our firm fights for others and secures the results they deserve. He now uses his experience as a victim to fight vigorously for our clients.

Daniel Weldon is now an attorney for Morgan & Morgan in his hometown of Tampa. He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies, where he played football for the Florida Gators and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He continued at the University of Florida for law school, graduating with honors. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Weldon was a prosecutor in Tampa, where he gained invaluable trial experience.
