Biography Overview
Christopher Mossallati received his Bachelorâs degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2011 and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015. He is a member of the Florida and West Virginia state bars. Mr. Mossallati concentrates his practice representing the people for their workersâ compensation cases and other related labor and employment matters. He has lectured at various workersâ compensation seminars. Mr. Mossallati is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar (Workersâ Compensation and Labor Section). Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Mossallati worked in defending corporations and insurance companies against workersâ compensation actions, providing him with a unique insight of how the process works from within. He is now taking that insight and using it to provide the people with the competent and diligent representation they deserve. Mr. Mossallati practices in the Workers Compensation department out of our Naples, Florida location.
