Brendan Hummer's journey into law is deeply rooted in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, where he obtained both his Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degrees from The Ohio State University. During his academic years, Brendan distinguished himself as an Associate Editor of The Ohio State University Journal on Dispute Resolution, showcasing his commitment to legal scholarship and research in dispute resolution matters. 

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Brendan dedicated over 13 years of his career as an Attorney-Advisor at the Columbus, Ohio Office of Hearings Operations. In this role, he authored an impressive 3,300 decisions for administrative law judges in Social Security disability cases. Brendan's exceptional work earned him numerous accolades from the Social Security Administration, recognizing his unparalleled decision-writing quality and productivity. 

Driven by his passion for advocating for individuals, Brendan transitioned to Morgan & Morgan to utilize his extensive knowledge and experience in representing people navigating the complex process of obtaining disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. His practice is exclusively focused on Social Security disability law, ensuring that clients receive dedicated and knowledgeable legal representation. Currently residing in Southwest Florida with his wife, two children, and two German Shepherd dogs, Brendan continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need of legal assistance.
