A native of New Jersey, Andrew M. Horvath is now proudly living and practicing law in Memphis, Tennessee.  Andrew is a graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis (2014), after which he began his legal career in litigation and trial advocacy.  He previously obtained his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude (2008), from Hellenic College in Boston, as well as a Master of Divinity, summa cum laude, from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology (2011).

Over the course of his practice, Andrew has litigated across various complex and specialty areas of law, including personal injury, medical malpractice, Title VII employment, section 1983 civil rights, and myriad other civil matters involving individuals who suffered catastrophic, life changing injuries and the wrongful death of loved ones.  Andrew has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, and settled cases for clients ranging from high six-figures to seven figures in damages.  Andrew remains committed to speaking on behalf of individuals who have been wronged in his community and bringing their stories to light in the courtroom.

When he is not practicing law, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, preferably outside in the many beautiful parks that Shelby County offers.  He also enjoys running, reading, podcasts about everything from A.I. to comedy, and committing time to his friends and community.
